The Umoja Stage at Concert at Sea 2025 ran like a well-oiled machine. Between quick changeovers and shifting rider specs, every detail mattered. From prepped desks to perfectly aligned beams cutting across the sea breeze.

Acts arrived to a stage that worked. Showfiles prepared, the network tuned, every fixture checked and ready. Behind the scenes, I kept the FOH clean and consistent, ensuring each guest LD could step in and start creating right away. And when no LD came with the act, the show was operated by me. Keeping the energy in front of 130,000 festivalgoers.

A second stage in name only, Umoja stood tall on its own.
